The College is open on a Year Round basis. A Semester Systems is utilized. There are 2 semesters in the school year. Each Semester consists of 5 months.

The College is open to all International Students, Visitors and Landed Immigrants provided they are able to profit from programs offered. Emphasis is given to identifying specific needs and level(s) of each new student through use of ESL Placement Tests and an Informal Interview. The School has an English Only Policy.
Full-Time Visa Students should:
1. Consult with the nearest Canadian Consulate or Embassy.
2. Complete and send Application form to East-West English College together with:
- Official Transcript in English
- Registration and Testing Fees
- 1 semester advance tuition
- Recent Passport size photograph
- Homestay Referral Fee (if applicable)
3. A Letter of Acceptance will be issued upon receipt of the above.

International Students under age 18 must have a notarized declaration signed by a parent and their Canadian Guardian, in order to be issued a student authorization by Immigration Canada.
